With head office in Vancouver, VINTOP Development has been a global leader in the development and construction industry. In the past 30 years, we have accomplished over 50 high-rises, residential and commercial projects within the globe reach. Our focus is to integrate real estate investment, development management, construction, and marketing and sales in a better and proficient way.
Meet the Projects
ROYAL TOWER
The Royal Towers is a 2.5 acre site located at 140 Sixth Street in New Westminster, across the street fromCity Hall. We have big plans for this property and hope to have more to share soon.
BC HOUSING
We take great pride in our partnership with BC Housing and PAL Vancouver. It has been an incredible journey working together to address affordable housing need for general public and senior groups. In 2024, we successfully completed a 66-unit affordable housing development, one of BC Housing's largest public-private partnership projects. Moving forward, we are committed to provide more units and continuing to support local communities.
